Give hope to young people with IBD this holiday season

“Nothing prepares you for the words, ‘Your child has Crohn’s disease.’”

Within two years, both Ella and her sister Charlotte were diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.

At just 13 and 9, Charlotte and Ella have faced more than most adults.

Daily medication schedules, routine infusions, emergency bathroom runs, sleepless nights, and missed school days have become part of their lives.

But thanks to supporters like you, their family isn’t facing it alone.

Xavier was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at the age of two.

The education sessions, kids camp, and the whole community have helped Xavier feel seen and empowered in his journey.

We’ve met other parents in the same boat and learnt so much.

– Kelly, Xavier’s mum
