My very easy pumpkin soup recipe.
- Butternut pumpkin
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili (optional)
- Chop pumpkin into small chunks
- Boil in your pot with fresh garlic and spice (salt, pepper, chili if desired) until soft.
- Vitamise and then serve with butter or cream.
- Parsley can be added for a garnish
