Choc- Almond Chia Pudding


½ cup Chia seeds

2 cups Almond Milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Almonds and dark chocolate squares to serve

3-8 hours


This recipe serves up to 4


  1. Add all main ingredients together in a sealable medium sized container and mix until combined.
  2. Make sure the container is large enough to leave at least 2cm space on top of mixture as chia seeds will expand over time.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight
  4. Divide into individual containers/glasses and serve with almonds and chocolate.
