Servings: 8
Ingredients
Burger Patties
– 500g minced beef
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp mustard sauce
For Layering
– 8 mini brioche buns
– Lettuce leaves
– 1–2 tomatoes, sliced
– Cheese slices (any cheese of choice)
– Barbeque sauce + Mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine minced beef, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, and mustard sauce. Mix until well combined.
1. Shape: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into mini patties.
2. Cook: Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. If using cheese, place a slice* on each patty after flipping, allowing it to melt as the second side cooks.
*Cut one regular cheese slice into 4 squares for mini burgers
3. Assemble: Lightly toast the brioche buns if desired. Layer with lettuce, a slice of tomato, sauces and the cooked patty.
4. Secure: Place the top bun and secure each mini burger with a skewer.
