Membership Renewal FAQ

If you’re an existing CCA member and have a question about how to renew your membership on our new website, read on for some answers to frequently asked questions below.

Q: How do I log in?

Your email address is now your username. On 24th March, we sent an email prompting current members to reset your password to gain access to your online members portal.

NOTE: if your membership expired prior to March 2022, you will need to re-join, which you can do here. We will link your record to your previous membership.

If you are yet to reset your password, please do so using the link below.

Q: How do I access my information and membership status?

Once logged in, choose ‘Your Dashboard‘ in the membership sub-menu, or click ‘Hi <FirstName>’ in the top right of your window.

On this screen you can review your personal details and if necessary, update them. Be sure you click “Save Profile” if you update any of your information.

To view your current or expired membership details, go to ‘Subscriptions‘. Your current membership will be listed.

Q: How do I renew my membership?

In the last column of your membership information, under Actions, use the RENEW button.

On the next screen, check your contact information, enter your payment details and submit. This will renew the same type and duration as your current membership, commencing from the end of your current membership (or today’s date if your membership has already lapsed).

When the transaction is complete, a receipt will be sent via email. You can also access the receipt at any time in your ‘Payments‘ tab of the Dashboard.

Q: What if I want to renew for longer, or change my membership type?

While logged in, beneath the dashboard, go to the link ‘Click here to browse renewal options‘.

Here, choose the length and type of membership you wish to change to, and click the appropriate ‘Renew Now’ button under it.

On the next screen, check your contact information, enter your payment details and submit.

When the transaction is complete, a receipt will be sent via email. You can also access the receipt at any time in your ‘Payments‘ tab of the Dashboard.

Q: My email doesn’t work when I try to reset my password. What do I do?

Upon launch in March 2022, CCA only granted access to current members at the start of that month. If your membership lapsed prior to this time, online access and renewal is not available.

Instead, to re-join, use the new member registration process here. Once you have completed your transaction, our membership team will match your re-joined membership to our previous records.
