Peanut choc overnight oats

Ingredients

1 firm banana, mashed

2 eggs, whisked

2tbsp peanut butter

2/3 cup rolled oats

2 tsp chia seeds

2 (heaped) tbsp of your favourite FODMAP protein powder

6 squares milk chocolate, chopped

Method

Simply combine all ingredients in heatproof glass containers, as shown, then place in the oven or air fryer to cook
