Veggie Frittata

Ingredients

1/2 red capsicum, diced

6 eggs, whisked

1/4 cup lactose free milk

+ cheddar cheese, spring onion and salt and pepper to taste

Method

Simply combine all ingredients in heatproof glass containers, as shown, then place in the oven or air fryer to cook
