Patients’ Choice Awards Recognise CCA’s Impact on Health Outcomes

Crohn’s & Colitis Australia (CCA) is proud to have been recognised as a Top 5 Finalist for the Outstanding Chronic Disease Organisation Award in the 2026 Patients’ Choice Awards.

Organisations that support people living with chronic and long-term health conditions play a vital role in strengthening communities, improving health outcomes and helping individuals navigate the challenges of daily life. This recognition highlights the important contribution of patient organisations across Australia.

CCA was acknowledged through a process of public nomination and voting, recognising the organisation’s impact on patient care, support services, education and advocacy for people living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
