Seafood Zoodles

A yummy gluten free and lactose free recipe

Ingredients

Scale

Buy all fresh seafood

Cooked king prawns

Calamari

Oysters

1 white fish fillet

12 zucchinis

Finely chopped ginger

Coconut oil

Fresh red chilli

Raw cashews

Instructions

Method:

  1. Lightly fry fish in coconut oil and Himalayan sea salt on medium heat.
  2. Cook the calamari the same way.
  3. Peel and clean prawns.
  4. Take oysters out of shell
  5. Peel zucchini and use a vegie spiral tool to turn them into zoodles.
  6. Cook zoodles in a pan on medium heat with a little coconut oil, chilli, fresh ginger and water.
  7. When cooked, drain water.
  8. Mix in all the seafood, and stir through on a low heat.
  9. Add optional herbs/spices here, can top with raw cashews for extra flavour

Notes

Low FOODMAP diet: Please check amounts and adjust accordingly.
