Ingredients

Apricot Nectar Cans x 2

Chicken Drumsticks (skin off) x 8

Packet of French Onion Soup Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat fanforced oven to 180° (220 conventional oven.
  2. Lay the chicken drumsticks end to end in a pyrex dish. Sprinkle the soup mix over the top of the chicken, ensuring the soup mix is removed from the top of each drumstick. (To prevent burning of thel drumsticks).
  3. Cook for 1 & 1/2 hours or until Chicken is cooked.  Turning halfway through once mixture has begun to simmer.
  4. Serve with heaps of vegetables.
