Crohn’s Disease Research
Researchers at the University of Newcastle are recruiting for an exciting new dietary trial investigating the relationship between diet and Crohn’s disease. This research aims to evaluate whether excluding specific foods and food constituents from the diet of people with Crohn’s disease will improve their disease course and reduce disease flares. Individuals with Crohn’s disease diagnosed within the past 5 years and willing to commit to the study diet for 6 months (under the supervision of the study dietitian) are encouraged to contact the research team at [email protected] or 4042 0339 or 0466033019
