You’ve probably seen an Acai Bowl on the breakfast menu at your favourite cafe. Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) is often referred to as a superfood, full of antioxidants and said to be anti-inflammatory. The acai berry looks a bit like a blueberry and has gained popularity by being blended into a smoothie and served with fresh fruit, nuts and muesli. As we gear up for the Live Fearless Challenge – and with warmer weather on the way – we thought you might like to try making your own Acai Bowl.
